Take a Stand.
Stop Domestic Violence in the Hawkesbury.
The STOP DV campaign is a local initiative by the Rotary Club of Windsor, and is part of Rotary Zone 8’s efforts to reduce domestic violence in our communities.
OUR MISSION, THROUGH PREVENTATIVE ACTION
- To raise awareness about domestic violence in the Hawkesbury
- To provide resources for victims and families to find local support groups
- To encourage community involvement to prevent abuse before it starts
- To teach school students about respect and respectful relationships
We are aligned with national campaigns including ‘Stop it at the Start’, ‘Keep Women Safe in Their Homes’, and the Consent Campaign.
